A little about me—I’m a Kansas City native with a deep understanding of the area. I graduated from Kansas State University (Go Cats!) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I’m married to my junior high crush and college boyfriend, Chris, and we live on acreage with our daughter (currently in college at KU), our 8-year-old son, and a full menagerie of animals—five horses, three dogs, three cats, and nine chickens. I don’t just sell the lifestyle—I live it. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mother, horse enthusiast, mountain biker, and wellness seeker. I’m also a proud member of Saddle & Sirloin.

With eight years of real estate experience, I specialize in land and house-on-land properties. My background in engineering gives me a unique analytical approach to real estate, helping clients make smart, data-driven decisions. About half of my business is focused on acreage properties, where I guide buyers through the complexities of wells, septic systems, easements, surveys and zoning regulations. I also work with sellers to position their properties effectively, whether it’s marketing a luxury acreage estate or a ranchette. Beyond land, I have extensive experience helping first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and downsizers navigate the ever-changing market. No matter the price point or location, I love finding solutions that make the process as smooth and successful as possible.
